2100 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 2100 platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read them carefully before registering an account or making any transaction.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided by 2100, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with the relevant Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 2100 (the platform). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 2100 platform.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform.
- Use of this platform is subject to the applicable laws of Malaysia.
- 2100 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice to users.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the 2100 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 2100 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documents where necessary, particularly before processing withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account username and password confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was carried out with your knowledge.
- Notifying 2100 promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
2100 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users of the 2100 platform agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and immediate account closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to modify, manipulate, or hack any system or game on the platform.
- Using your account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Sharing your account or allowing another party to use it.
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent.
- Any attempt to cheat, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
2100 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including placing a temporary hold on account balances while an investigation is ongoing.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 2100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via supported local payment methods, including FPX and DuitNow. Users are responsible for ensuring they use a valid payment method registered in their own name.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change from time to time.
- 2100 is not liable for any delays or failed deposits caused by the user's bank or a third-party payment processor.
- Any deposit credited in error must be reported immediately. 2100 reserves the right to correct such errors at any time.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account registered in the same user's name.
- 2100 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and may range from a few minutes to several business days.
- Any withdrawal attempt suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
2100 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or for operational and security reasons. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may not be returned, subject to the outcome of an investigation.
Limitation of Liability
The 2100 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2100 accepts no liability for any financial losses, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including technical disruptions, system maintenance, or internet connectivity failures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2100 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the property of 2100 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 2100.
Third-Party Links
The 2100 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 2100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms and Applicable Laws
2100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, legal changes, or platform policy. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms.
Continued use of the 2100 platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
